My name is Yuriko.
Thank you very much for visiting my website.

 I was born in Kyoto, spent many years near Lake Biwa in Shiga, and now live in Osaka with my husband and our beloved cat.

 Throughout my life, I have worked in various fields, including finance, healthcare, tax-related services, and pet sitting.

 I believe that every experience and every encounter has helped shape who I am today.

How I Found My Creative Path
 My father devoted his life to supporting and creating traditional Japanese art.
 My mother, who always stood beside him and supported his work, has also been a precious presence in my life.
 For more than seventy years, my father continued refining his skills with dedication and sincerity.
 Although I grew up surrounded by colors, shapes, and art, I was not especially interested in the artistic world when I was young.
 After my father passed away a few years ago, I came to appreciate the beauty of his life and work more deeply.
 I often wish I had asked him more questions and learned more from him.
 As the years go by, my respect and gratitude for him continue to grow.
 Now, in the second half of my life, I have discovered a quiet desire to create something meaningful in my own way.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

What Matters to Me

 My heart is filled with beautiful scenery, fleeting moments of light, Japanese aesthetics, and many memories that have touched me throughout my life.

 Today, AI has opened new possibilities for creative expression.

 Using this new tool, I create each piece with my own words, feelings, and imagination.
It is not the same path my father walked.
Yet I continue creating with gratitude, hoping to honor his spirit in my own way.
